The first step is to spend time with you and your leadership team to understand the company’s vision and values. Secondly, based on senior management’s input, we spend time with individuals assessing by observing and conducting 1:1 interviews.
Once the survey/interviews are complete, we offer verbal or written feedback of our observations along with suggestions for improvements. These suggestions can cover everything from the health of your hiring processes, HR systems and culture to leadership issues and areas for development.
Working with you and your leadership team, we are available to create strategies and assist with implementing any necessary structural changes.
