During my time at Pixar, I was lucky enough to have been given the opportunity to utilize my innate people skills as I led the efforts of hiring hundreds of amazing superstars and creating a robust, healthy and thriving culture that lives on today.
Since founding People Phase, I've continued to help leaders and individuals thrive in the workplace and in their personal lives by offering mediation; conflict resolution; organizational development and healthy boundary setting (always with a "kind, yet firm" philosophy).
